7-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Initiate a return directly from your account dashboard.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Frames without power (zero-power, sunglasses) in original, unworn condition with tags intact.
  • Products with a manufacturing defect or damage on arrival.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong product, size, or colour).

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Prescription glasses (custom-crafted to your power — made specifically for you).
  • Contact lenses that have been opened or used.
  • Products returned without tags or original packaging.
  • Products returned after the 7-day window.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account and go to My Orders.

Select the order and click Request Return.

Choose a reason and submit. Our team reviews within 24 hours.

Our courier picks up from your address within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline

  • Wallet Refund: Credited within 24 hours of pickup confirmation.
  • Original Payment Method: 5–7 business days after the return is verified.
