Orders & Shipping

  • How long does delivery take? Standard frames ship in 3–5 days. Prescription orders take 7–10 days for crafting and quality checks.
  • Can I track my order? Yes! Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking link via SMS and email. Visit Track My Order for live updates.
  • Is shipping free? Yes, orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free priority express shipping. Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.

Prescriptions & Lenses

  • How do I submit my prescription? During checkout, type it in manually, upload a photo, or choose "Submit Later" within 48 hours.
  • What if I don't have a prescription? Choose "Submit Later" at checkout. You can also book a free teleconsultation from your account dashboard.
  • Are prescriptions verified? Yes, every prescription is reviewed by our qualified in-house optometrists before crafting begins.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns on unworn products within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
  • How long does a refund take? Wallet refunds within 24 hours. Bank refunds take 5–7 business days.

Account & Orders

  • How do I check my order status? Log in and go to "My Orders" for real-time status updates.
  • Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
